Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing team and grow Reverb’s presence across Europe.

At Reverb, we’re bringing our mission of making the world more musical to life through authentic, customer-centric marketing campaigns and building deep relationships with music gear retailers and manufacturers. We are constantly exploring new ways to acquire, activate, and retain buyers and sellers. We demonstrate daily how data, insights, and innovative-thinking can craft strategy and campaigns that lead to global growth.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in creating and executing successful integrated marketing strategies and be comfortable with a hands-on approach to putting those strategies in motion. A successful candidate will also bring expertise in performance marketing, including digital advertising, paid search, email marketing, and social media, and love working closely with their team to build data-informed marketing programs.

This is a full-time fully remote position open to the following locations: UK, The Netherlands, or Germany. 


  • Develop and own our European marketing strategy to bring new customers to Reverb, collaborating with Reverb’s global marketing team

  • Support the growth of Reverb in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany through integrated brand and performance marketing campaigns.

  • Guide and influence marketing channel managers across search, social media, PR, email, content, and product marketing, representing international markets and opportunities.

  • Design, implement, and iterate on experiments to acquire new customers through performance marketing and organic channels.

  • Share expertise on European gear and music trends across the organization and help to develop marketing partnerships, content, and activations to better establish the Reverb brand in Europe.

  • Deliver reporting, insights, and forecasts that accurately and appropriately measure performance marketing campaign and country performance on a daily through annual basis.


  • You have 5-7 years of marketing and sales experience working for e-commerce, marketplace, or B2C companies, balancing strategy and execution.
  • You have deep expertise in one or more digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, paid digital media, user acquisition, growth, social media, SEO, or email marketing.

  • You have strong critical thinking skills coupled with a bias towards action so as to anticipate opportunities and prepare Reverb to navigate and be successful through those changes.

  • You have demonstrated the ability to overcome problems or make the most out of what is available to create a solution.

  • You are highly collaborative and operate with integrity, confidence, and empathy.

  • You are passionate about contributing to a marketplace that serves the creative community and cares deeply about the customer experience.

  • If you have knowledge of musical instruments, music gear, or a passion for music, that’s a plus!

  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages French, Italian, Spanish, or German is a major plus!
