Your future role is integrated into our innovative Marketing Lab - our own in-house full-service digital agency. With a focus on consumer development, your unit acts as our internal digital media publisher and is responsible for building up our own brands, such as Digster Pop, OnFleek, Ich Find Schlager Toll, Discover or MusicBash. The aim is to win new users and then to bind them to the brands in the long term in order to generate attention for our artists.

Would you like to become part of our team? Then our new Manager Social Media (m / f / d) will be in Berlin. The position is available immediately. It is a permanent full-time position.

Your tasks:

You look after, coordinate and optimize the social media channels of our own brands Ich find Schlager great and Digster Pop with a focus on Instagram and Tik Tok

You make sure that social media is not a one-way street by building a relationship with fans and followers through targeted community management

You design, implement and monitor cross-platform social media campaigns, formats and postings

You increase the reach and number of followers of all channels by strategically aligning social media activities, playing out relevant content and using innovative growth hacks

You research and view current trends and topics independently in order to create content and develop new social media platforms and collaborations

You take over the editorial planning and take care of a brand-specific content mix

You accompany live broadcasts on Instagram and second screening at live events, e.g. concerts and festivals

You regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media channels, campaigns and activities

 

You meet these professional requirements:

You have a degree in marketing, economics, communication or a comparable course of study

Most recently, you had at least 2 years of professional experience in the operational social media context, ideally in the music, entertainment or media environment

Your heart beats for social media and digital communication, which is why you are very familiar with the current trends and the functionality of the common platforms

You have very good linguistic skills in German and communication in English is easy for you

You are familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere

You have a good feel for contemporary content trends and are able to apply them specifically to our brands
