This account planner role will utilise industry knowledge to help develop a strong business within Client Services and support internal teams to get campaigns setup accurately and in a timely manner and according to plan.

Account planners are an integral part of the advertising process and you will be directly responsible for creating the communication strategy for an advertising campaign while also assisting the tactical implementation of client accounts including the integration and planning work with cross functional teams. You will get the opportunity to work across the business with other account managers, the legal team, ad and sales operations and brand partnership managers.

What you'll do:

- Work closely with Sales / Client Solutions to develop campaign plans for key clients with KPI deliverables in mind: create the media plan (inventory check, booking management for reservation products).

- Partner with the creative strategy team to support the planning / implementation of campaigns to deliver against client goals and work with AdOps to check and reserve required inventory.

- You'll foster a key relationship with Sales Ops to ensure all clients and advertisers data is accurately set up in the sales CRM tool

- You will be facilitating entry campaigns / contracts, ensuring they are issued accurately. Additionally you will work to gain new campaign approvals and align with legal where necessary to get agency contracts and campaign agreements approved.

- You can also be part of campaign reports (in collaboration with CSM team) and chase invoices payment on time.

- There will be opportunities for you to work with the creator team and manage influencers for custom campaigns and help ensure videos are received in a timely manner.

- You will also assist marketing to create sales decks

- Bachelors degree
- Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Have the ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies
- Appetite for digital world, advertising or ad-tech
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, effective analytical and organisational skills
- Team working abilities
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Commercial awareness is a plus
