Job Description

Native Instruments is looking for a motivated salesperson with talent for sales. As a Territory Manager - Iberica (f/m/x) in our international sales team, you will maintain personal contact and daily communication with our trading partners in the region of Spain and Portugal. In addition, you will maintain relationships with relevant industry participants, including artists, musicians, opinion leaders etc.

In this position, you will be responsible for the sales and earnings targets of your sales area. In cooperation and with the help of our commercial team, you contribute to the realization of the company's commercial and strategic goals. Ideally you enjoy being in the field as well as in the office and have a professional attitude. In this role, you will confidently conduct negotiations with owners and buyers of specialty shops for high-quality musical instruments and DJ equipment.

What You'll Do  

  • Provide Independent and coordinated support for our specialist retail partners
  • Market development and management of sales-promoting initiatives in specialist shops and with relevant marketing partners
  • Continuous improvement of the brand presence in the sales area
  • Market development planning in cooperation with the Marketing Team
  • Provision of reports, analyzes, market insights and development of sales
  • Create sales forecasts on a quarterly basis as well as thorough reporting on a weekly basis
  • Cooperation with the Head of Sales EMEA, both in the strategic annual planning as well as in setting the targets

What You'll Bring

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business, Economics, or similar experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field sales force; ideally in the MI branch or in the area of ​​consumer electronics
  • Success-oriented, reliable and independent way of working
  • Excellent self-organization and time management
  • Recognize the need for change and evaluate the impact of these changes on the company
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills at management level
  • Technical understanding and internet affinity
  • Safe handling of MS Office, Google docs, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • Willingness to travel
  • You have a car driver's license
