Compensation Analyst

A little bit about our team:

You will report to the Director, Compensation and Benefits, and sit within the UK C&B team in Human Resources. 

We deliver Compensation and Benefit support to the global WMG business, including delivering the annual global merit and bonus review cycle and global compensation budget.

We build and maintain compensation structures to ensure our people are fairly and competitively paid.

Here you’ll get to:

  • You will perform benchmarking analysis of UK and international roles
  • You will lead monthly global accrual reconciliations with assistance from Director, Compensation & Benefits and Corporate Finance
  • You will work with UK HR Generalists and submit data to external salary surveys
  • You will assist international territories with their salary survey submissions
  • You will develop expertise with Workday in advanced compensation and reporting
  • You will lead a levelling project for UK and international territories
  • You will work with international territories to develop compensation structures
  • You will assist the global annual compensation budget cycle
  • You will assist the global annual merit and bonus review cycle
  • You will respond to ad hoc employee compensation queries 

You will be able to:

  • You have an analytical mind and an eye for detail
  • You have a numerical bachelor’s degree or similar qualification
  • You have advanced Excel skills (vlookups & pivots essential; macros useful)
  • You have good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks 
  • You have a high level of discretion
  • You have a friendly and helpful demeanour

It would be great if you also had:

  • You have experience using Workday
  • You have experience in Compensation or a related field
  • You have strong communications skills
