A little bit about our team:
You will report to the Director, Compensation and Benefits, and sit within the UK C&B team in Human Resources.
We deliver Compensation and Benefit support to the global WMG business, including delivering the annual global merit and bonus review cycle and global compensation budget.
We build and maintain compensation structures to ensure our people are fairly and competitively paid.
