We are looking for an experienced Conversion Specialist that will join the Premium conversion team. We are a small & agile team that does hundreds of conversion experiments every year, and we want your help to bring our conversion optimization to the next level. You will be working both with setting up current optimization initiatives and more forward-looking conversion strategies and hypothesis development. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do
Run experiments to improve the conversion funnel considering traffic sources like paid ads and on-platform upsells
Optimize the conversion funnel for the local and regional markets by adapting the content, messaging and offers for first-time subscribers as well as the re-subscribers
Develop a bold and tactical experiment hypothesis, using insights from data and research on how to drive KPIs forward. This may be messaging, design, and personalization of the full funnel
Work with internal stakeholders to create a coherent testing strategy
Keep the projects moving fast and work agile with continuous conversion optimization
Who you are
You know how to keep things moving forward, you speak English fluently; more languages and international experience are a plus
You have experience in commercial A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize 360, Adobe Target, Optimizely
You are experienced with working in a relevant industry such as an online consumer business, e-commerce, online media or tech start-up
You care about data; strategic and an analytical mindset
You have 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and master A/B test principles and methodologies
