QA Team Lead, Novation
Location: High Wycombe, UK (with some work from Tileyard, London, and Remote)
Term: Permanent, Full Time

If you’ve answered yes to all the above, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for the right person to join our Novation QA Team in a brand-new leadership role.
The role will involve some line management responsibility, either from day one, or later as part of ongoing development. It would therefore suit either an established leader and manager, or someone looking to develop their career in that direction.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the QA Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of all QA activities required to support the Novation Product Roadmap.
You’ll be working closely with a team of QA Engineers with varying levels of experience, providing both technical guidance, and day-to-day coaching and mentoring.
You will also be engaging with other key stakeholders; Product and Project Managers, Hardware, Software and Firmware Developers, and the wider Engineering Leadership Team.
