Reporting into the VP Original Content & Production, the Team Coordinator for Original Content & Production is a role that spans administrative tasks, inter-team coordination, project timeline and status tracking, database management, and an on-site production assistance. 

This is a full-time position and is based at our office in New York City. We are in a convenient location in Times Square near Grand Central, Penn Station and a host of subway options.  

As a member of our team, you will:

    • Handle executive administrative tasks - diary management, travel planning/booking, expense reports
    • Team administrative tasks - recording team meetings, offsite planning
    • Track outgoing pitches, timelines and deadlines
    • Maintain and distribute project meeting overviews
    • Request and draft work orders and invoice submissions for all projects/productions
    • Track all incoming and outgoing contracts and invoices, and file accordingly
    • Database management
    • Reporting
    • Research for, and assist, producers in pre-production tasksAssist with onsite coordination tasks

    • 2-4 years professional experience
    • Experience working in live entertainment and in the field is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Existing relationships with venues and vendors is a plus
