Job Description

We are looking for a new business expert with a deep understanding and love for culture and cultural marketing to join LOUD. Working within the London office and reporting into the Business Director, the Senior Sales Manager, Brand Partnerships will help drive commercial growth through lead generation with global lifestyle, technology, music and fashion brands.

You will drive the fame of LOUD’s best in class cultural marketing work, ensuring that Marketing and Brand Stakeholders at relevant brands know who we are, what we do and the difference we’re capable of making to their brand. Based on your confidence, intelligence and strategic approach you will use Mixcloud’s reputation and LOUD’s work to open the doors to stakeholders at global brands, take initial meetings and get them excited to take the conversation further.

  • You will co-develop and activate a strategic new business plan.
  • You will develop a strong understanding of your prospects’ businesses, needs, expectations, and requirements.
  • You will open the doors to key budget holders at global lifestyle, technology, music and fashion brands.
  • You will identify brands’ challenges and generate briefs using your knowledge of LOUD and your instinctive knowledge of culture as a marketing medium.
  • You will grow our sales pipeline.
  • You will work with LOUD’s senior leadership team on the creation and delivery of strategic and creative responses to briefs, conceiving brilliant solutions to brand's problems and convincing them to buy them.


  • You will deliver regular reports against meeting targets and pipeline leads.
  • You will meet your commercial and operational objectives and KPIs.
  • You will sell projects that cover the full range of LOUD’s cultural marketing skills: video, audio, events, talent booking, art direction, copywriting, web builds, advertising, communication and more.
  • You will work closely with a variety of different stakeholders across the business, up, down and across.
  • You will champion the importance of people and culture.
  • You will understand how LOUD’s services and purpose work together with and compliment Mixcloud’s.
  • You will be a new business evangelist exciting people internally and externally about your work.


  • You are an experienced salesperson with a track record of selling significant cultural partnerships (e.g. brand partnerships for media owners, new accounts for agencies, creative sponsorships for IP owners, etc.)
  • You have experience in consultative selling, by identifying client’s challenges and selling bespoke solutions that solve them.
  • You have a proven track record of outbound selling. You know how the game works: identifying doors to knock on, sourcing introductions to relevant senior prospects, impressing in the room and generating briefs.
  • You’ll know what assets you’ll need to impress and will be able to create or amend these as required.
  • You are culturally insightful, empathetic and observant with a solid understanding of contemporary music and fashion.
  • You are ambitious, curious and persistent.
  • You are a strong communicator and relationship builder.
  • You’re scrappy, self-motivated and work well independently.
  • You probably have 4+ relevant years’ experience in new business or sales roles (but if you’ve covered the above in fewer or in different roles, please tell us.)
