Marketing Activity Coordinator
High Wycombe, UK
Term: Full-time, Permanent
Rate: Up to £20k

Reporting into the Marketing Operations Executive and working closely with a lively marketing team, this role will focus on ensuring that all marketing deliverables are executed on time and that we create a predictable asset creation process.

This team is responsible for the creation of all Focusrite and Novation marketing materials, worldwide; from webpages to product boxes, from video content to print adverts.

This is an entry level position in which the successful candidate may expect career progression within marketing operations or project management.

Core responsibilities include

  • Ensure that the marketing team workflow is optimised and integrates seamlessly with wider marketing planning and execution workflows.
  • Ensure all workflows are adhered to, always, end to end (briefing through to approval).
  • Plan in team activities using Wrike (our task management system) and provide estimates of delivery dates, highlighting any potential resourcing issues that may occur.
  • Assist in the creation of reporting mechanisms and KPIs for Creative team workflow, output and progress of campaigns and activities.
  • Ensure all requests coming into the creative team are adequately briefed, working with the requestor of the work to provide a solid brief where this is not the case.
  • Where any work within Wrike is overdue, work with the relevant stakeholders to remove any barriers and close out as soon as possible.
  • Manage workload going through our team of outsourced copywriters.
  • Raise any incoming purchase orders for the creative and HQ marketing teams.
  • Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for gathering Sales and Marketing team requirements of pre-production units and posting units out to relevant team members.
  • Regular reporting of global marketing loan stock position.
  • In time, translate the above responsibilities into a Scrum Master role as the team moves to an Agile framework.
