As our Junior Product Manager, you will assist with managing artist development, releases, and other projects for Majestic Casual Records. Alongside the Senior Product Managers you will be coordinating logistical and developmental needs, ensuring that all record label products and projects come to life in the most impactful way. From development to execution, you'll be involved in every single step of the release journey.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay that is determined by your experience. You should be based in Berlin, Germany - or willing to relocate. Below is a list of responsibilities that the role will cover:

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple single releases by Majestic Casual Records in collaboration with artists, management, and A&R teams simultaneously and in an organised fashion
  • Create and coordinate project briefs for single releases and ensure all relevant parties are up-to-date
  • Execute release timelines and communicate all deadlines effectively
  • Assist the maintenance of project budgets and finances
  • Assist with PR scouting
  • Create and update highlight sheets and other press collateral surrounding releases
  • Outsource designers & creatives to help elevate release campaigns
  • Ensure that all deliverables, as corresponding to project briefs and timelines, are delivered on time and that project plans remain on track
  • Update and maintain artist databases
  • Work closely with internal teams across all relevant projects
  • Stay on top of all project developments and remain proactive about problem-solving

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Working experience at a music company or similar creative environment
  • Strong interest in product management at a music company
  • Expert communicator and multi-tasker
  • Professional fluency in English (other languages a plus)
  • Extensive understanding of music industry a plus
  • Extensive network within the music industry and/or contacts in marketing a plus
  • Extensive knowledge in repertoire a plus
