Job Description

To strengthen our Global Culture Marketing Team, we´re looking for a Global Music Projects Manager (m/f/d).

In this role, you have the responsibility of defining and shaping how we work and collaborate with the artists that are part of the Red Bull Batalla de los Gallos. Your main goal will be to come up with innovative and fruitful artist projects and to work together with them on the development of their careers. You´ll work closely with the markets for the correct implementation of the projects and deliverables. Furthermore, you´ll also align with the communications, sales, legal and brand teams to ensure clarity of message and clear communication of all initiatives and projects.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Planning and Collaboration: As Global Music Projects Manager, you´ll enrich Global Culture Marketing business plan through proposal of innovative, and feasible, artist lead event & content projects. You´ll support countries in the execution of artist relations initiatives through the development and implementation of guidelines and tools.

Music & Content: In this role, you´ll collaborate with the Red Bull Media Network team to identify unique content projects. To identify relevant talent stories, help create opportunities to amplify their reach via Red Bull Media Network Music Content team is part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you´ll support the facilitation of talent deliverables for assigned projects to ensure optimal impact for the brand.

Relationships: You´ll identify and maintain relationships with MC’S from the Red Bull Batalla de los Gallos network and scene influencers to drive product trial, amplify our existing programs, and create unique marketing initiatives. In addition, you´ll work cross-functionally to develop, implement and track talent lead brand integration. Lastly, you´ll manage day-to-day priority talent relationships including managing the delivery of a diverse range of requests across the regional Red Bull business.

3rd Party Events: You’ll also be responsible on shaping the strategy on how we work together with other competitions and 3rd party events and how do we integrate our brand in there. You’ll work close with the markets to ensure the correct implementation and execution of the strategy.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative-based role (editorial, record label, agency, management, etc.) working directly with talent on deadline-driven projects
  • Basic knowledge of the freestyle rap scene in LATAM and Spain
  • A history of working with contracts, artist and content creation as well as dealing with brand partnerships
  • Clear understanding of global entertainment, music and culture industry, including legal and licensing
  • EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • A history of coaching, leading, and influencing development in order to foster a collaborative and creative environment
  • A strong ability to write, present, and articulate ideas clearly
  • Creative and innovative mindset, open to new things
  • Bachelor’s degree (eg in Marketing, Communications, Music) or relevant working experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Travel up to: 25%
