One House Artists is a dynamic management company & booking agency representing a diverse range of world-renowned artists and breakthrough talent, founded in 2015. Our team bring together experience from every corner of the music industry and pursue a specialist, artist-driven approach to our work. We also run parties, promote records, publish songs, release music and collaborate with people that share our passion for creativity.

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and energetic apprentice to assist across the breadth of our activities - a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in multiple disciplines at the forefront of the music industry. In addition to reacting and adapting to situations in real time, you will assist with:

  • Live shows
  • Release campaigns
  • Press, radio, fashion commitments
  • Artist development strategy
  • A&R scouting
  • Visa applications
  • Content strategy
  • Music publishing
  • Distribution
  • Bandcamp & artist platforms
  • Plus, fortnightly research projects and presentations on topics shaping the future of the music industry. 

About You:

Applicants must have a broad knowledge of modern music (both popular and outside the mainstream), a deep desire to work and progress in the music industry, and a strong aptitude for creative problem solving. 

Personal qualities (essential):

Organized - we represent over forty artists, which means dozens of shows per week, countless press commitments, and over 150 social platforms, high-level organization is crucial.

Outstanding attention to detail - the ability to think one step ahead and pre-empt diary clashes before they arise and the confidence to flag these to the Managers when they do

Excellent communicator - you’re able to write great copy, send a perfect email and can communicate issues respectfully and efficiently

Skills (desirable):

  • Google Drive / Docs / Sheets
  • Photoshop / Adobe softwares
  • Social media scheduling & advertising
  • Calendar Management
  • Wordpress

Experience (desirable):

Live shows - whether that’s promoting, booking, or advancing

Record labels - handling releases, A&R, vinyl pressing

Artist Management - experience assisting in day-to-day management duties

Please note applicants will be assessed on a rolling basis - the start date for this role is not fixed and can be brought forward for the right candidate.

Salary: £7,800/annum
