We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Director of Sales Operations to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the enterprise sales process from discovery to close and contributing to the overall advancement of company revenue goals. The right candidate is an energetic person with prior management skills who can excel at any task. They will have 5+ years of sales experience that includes services driven contract sales. The Director of Sales Operations must operate proactively and be deeply committed to our vision of helping musicians make a living through their audiences online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exceed 100% of quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Execute sales process through discovery, solution/demo, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Management of department wide KPI’s and sales metrics
  • CRM Strategy and management
  • Sales bonus tracking and planning
  • Oversee all day to day lead generation efforts
  • Accurately forecast new business in weekly sales meeting
  • Collaborate with engineers on funnel improvements to ensure systems are in place to acquire, implement, and support new customers
  • Mentor other team members through demonstrated leadership

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/BA Degree or higher
  • 5+ years working within or leading an enterprise sales organization
  • Highly self motivated
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work in a fast-paced startup environment and identify broader opportunities to meet/exceed the business plan deliverables
  • Music industry background

BONUS

  • Masters degree in related field
  • A love for electronic music and/or hip-hop
  • A product or technical background
