We work with internationally established and emerging artists across electronic music, supporting them with smart structures, transparent processes, and a deep understanding of touring life. To strengthen our operations team, we’re looking for an Operations & Logistics Manager who ensures our artists’ tours run seamlessly and every weekend’s schedule is perfectly coordinated.

Your Role

You make sure our artists can focus on performing while every logistical and operational detail is handled with precision. From planning multi-show weekends to ensuring contracts and payments are in order, you are the backbone of smooth touring operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Tour Coordination: Plan and organise weekend tours, ensuring travel routes, transfers, flights, hotels, and timings are perfectly aligned.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between artists, agents, promoters, and management for all logistical matters.
• Contracts & Invoicing: Oversee contract signing, invoices, and payment tracking in coordination with our finance team.
• Structure & Process: Maintain clarity and organisation in a sometimes fast-paced, creative environment.
• Operational Support: Manage visas, technical riders, backline requirements, and special requests.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in tour management, event logistics, or the music industry (ideally in electronic music).
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Calm, structured, team player and solution-oriented — even when things get hectic.
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
• Familiar with contracts, invoicing, and budgets.
