The Role.
The Social Director will lead our social and content teams, becoming the bridge between clients and agency, nurturing relationships and ensuring every project meets and exceeds expectations.
A strategic leader with the ability to cultivate and nurture a team, they’ll have a proven track record in driving success for both clients and agency. They’ll share our values and have a deep understanding and passion for audience building and music marketing.
The role will need a sharp eye on both our current campaigns and future opportunities; from the detail to the bigger picture and everything in between - you’ll oversee all live campaigns whilst also playing a pivotal role in helping to shape the future of our agency and unlock our next stage of growth.
