We’re a collective of Digital Strategists, Content Creators and Social Specialists based in Brighton. 

We work with some of the best recording artists, record labels, festivals and sound spaces in the world, helping them build meaningful online communities through a blend of strategy, creative and a love for what we do.

The Role.

The Social Director will lead our social and content teams, becoming the bridge between clients and agency, nurturing relationships and ensuring every project meets and exceeds expectations.

A strategic leader with the ability to cultivate and nurture a team, they’ll have a proven track record in driving success for both clients and agency. They’ll share our values and have a deep understanding and passion for audience building and music marketing.

The role will need a sharp eye on both our current campaigns and future opportunities; from the detail to the bigger picture and everything in between - you’ll oversee all live campaigns whilst also playing a pivotal role in helping to shape the future of our agency and unlock our next stage of growth.

Main Responsibilities.

  • Lead a digital & content team in the delivery of all client strategy, content and campaign work.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships: building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with our existing client base to gain a deep understanding of their brand, objectives and audience.
  • Create and develop innovative, stand out social strategies: working with the team to design, build and roll out campaigns that deliver positive results and sentiment for our clients.
  • Culture and nurture our team: building and developing a team aligned with our vision and values, developing and upskilling with the needs of the business, for both today and the future.
  • Develop and maintain a commercially-driven, strategic approach to client retention and growth.
  • Play a key role in business development: working with the CEO to spot opportunities, create and deliver pitches, and develop and refine our offering.
  • Develop our tools and processes: to maximise efficiency and results across the business.

We’re looking for:

  • Someone with at least 5 years experience in a senior agency role.
  • Experience working directly with artists and music brands such as labels, festivals and sound spaces. 
  • Someone with a passion for social, digital, content and live, and at the forefront of the latest trends.
  • A proven track record of designing and delivering successful social strategies.
  • A strategic leader with an innovative and resourceful mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
