Artist & Label Sales Manager - Music Industry (English Native)

Diggers Factory is growing fast and we’re looking for a full-time Artist & Label Sales Manager (English Native) to join our team in Paris (could be part-time/remote in London).

YOUR ROLE

As part of our sales and artist relations team, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to empower artists and labels worldwide. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and supporting projects from idea to release.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prospect and onboard new artists and labels internationally.

• Manage and support artist projects from start to finish.

• Launch and oversee marketing and sales campaigns.

• Identify and negotiate new partnerships and licensing deals.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, distribution, design, etc.).

• Build release strategies across vinyl, digital, and merchandising formats.

We’re scaling quickly, so you’ll have the chance to shape your role and take on new challenges as we grow.

WHO YOU ARE

• A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven and confident in closing opportunities.

• Proactive, independent, and resourceful.

• Experienced in business development and/or the music industry (a big plus).

• Passionate about music and artist development.

• Native-level English speaker (mandatory).

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
