岗位职责
1. 负责音乐作品推广,具备独立推歌能力,能凭借专业音乐审美筛选优质曲目,同时精准判断热门音乐的策划方向,制定推广方案以提升歌曲播放量、传唱度及艺人影响力。
2. 运营公司及艺人的社交媒体账号,策划社媒相关内容,提升账号活跃度、粉丝粘性,助力音乐内容曝光。
3. 配合团队完成项目落地,包括与艺人、内部团队沟通需求,跟进推广进度,收集传播数据并复盘优化,保障营销效果。
任职要求
1. 拥有1-2年音乐行业或相关营销工作经验,了解唱片公司运作流程、音乐宣发链路者优先。
2. 具备扎实的音乐审美能力与热门音乐策划判断力,对市场流行趋势、不同曲风特点有敏锐感知。
3. 工作态度踏实仔细,有强烈的责任心,能严谨把控推广细节,避免流程疏漏。
4. 具备良好的团队精神,善于跨部门沟通协作,能积极配合团队达成整体音乐营销目标。
