Location: Manchester City Centre (on-site)
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 09:00–17:30 Monday to Friday — weekend availability required for festivals (midweek days off provided after event weekends)
Start Date: Monday 10th November
Contract: Permanent
Holidays: 28 days per year (including public holidays)

The Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Directors, you’ll play a key role in shaping the online voice and digital presence of some of the UK’s most exciting festivals.

This is a fast-paced, creative role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a love for live music, and a desire to build their career in the events industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns across several events
  • Manage digital content including graphics, videos, and copy for social media and web with our design team
  • Manage social advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google)
  • Maintain and update website event pages and ticketing integrations
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and CRM communications
  • Develop influencer and partner collaborations to boost event visibility
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Monitor audience growth and engagement, fostering online communities
  • Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver brand-consistent visuals
  • Attend and support live events and festivals across the UK
 

Person Specification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing (music or events industry preferred)
  • knowledge of social media management and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong creative eye with an understanding of visual trends and audience engagement
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at festivals and events across the UK
 

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent required; marketing-related qualification or degree preferred
 

Work Arrangement

This role is based in Manchester City Centre and is not remote. Occasional travel to festivals, events, and site locations across the UK will be required.
