Position Overview:

Ready to lead the charge for global artists in Indonesia? UMG Indonesia is seeking a bold, strategic, and people-first Head of Marketing, International Repertoire to own P&L, inspire a high-performing team, and drive breakthrough campaigns for international talent across the market.

What You’ll Own:

  • Full P&L ownership for the International Repertoire marketing division in Indonesia.

  • Craft and execute integrated marketing strategies that elevate developing acts and amplify superstar campaigns across streaming, social, live, media, and partnerships.

  • Lead, coach and scale a nimble marketing team—set KPIs, boost performance, mentor talent and foster a collaborative, creative culture.

  • Act as the primary liaison with regional and global UMG marketing teams to localize global campaigns and secure cross-border support and resources.

  • Collaborate closely with other UMG Indonesia divisions (A&R, Promotions, Digital, Partnerships, Commercial) to deliver unified go-to-market plans and measurable commercial results.

  • Use data and insights to optimize spend, measure campaign ROI and inform long-term strategy.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic marketer and music lover: you live and breathe international music and understand what moves audiences today.

  • Seasoned leader: 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally with proven success in entertainment, music, media, or consumer brands. Music industry experience is a strong plus.

  • Commercially astute: comfortable owning P&L, tracking KPIs, and translating insights into business outcomes.

  • Collaborative and global-minded: experienced working with multinational teams and navigating cross-border projects.

  • Excellent communicator and people manager: you inspire teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and present confidently to senior leadership.

  • Data-driven and creative: analytical skills to inform strategy, paired with the creative instinct to craft standout campaigns.
