London | 30k to 40k+ depending on experience | Full-time

We are now seeking an accomplished Global PR Account Manager to join our team ahead of the 2026 season. This role calls for a confident, creative, and strategically minded communications professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in public relations and a strong understanding of the global festival and events landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven PR professional to play a key role in shaping the agency’s next chapter — leading global festival campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to Jukebox’s continued evolution as a leading name in international music PR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive PR campaigns from concept through to completion, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with client goals.

  • Manage all aspects of campaign delivery, including planning, execution, reporting, and performance evaluation.

  • Confidently lead client communications, including meetings, strategy sessions, and regular updates.

  • Leverage strong global media relationships across music, lifestyle, and travel sectors to secure high-quality coverage and new business opportunities.

  • Proactively identify and develop compelling story angles to enhance client visibility and engagement.

  • Draft and distribute press materials including releases, interviews, features, and media briefings with accuracy and creativity.

  • Handle media enquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective responses.

  • Monitor, collate, and analyse coverage, producing insightful reports and campaign summaries for clients.

  • Contribute to business development efforts, pitching new concepts and supporting the growth of Jukebox global client portfolio.
