  • 5 years of expertise in defining key success measures and tracking progress against them.
  • 5 years of expertise in analyzing data that drives business decisions.
  • 2 years of program management experience, leading cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA and/or consulting experience.
  • Experience with data visualization.
  • Music industry experience, with an understanding of how the industry operates, key players, and where YouTube sits in this ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated understanding of YouTube’s current efforts in music, its trajectory within the industry, as well as what the strategic imperatives are needed to accomplish a forward-looking vision of success.
  • Developed analytical skills.

As a Global Program Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

The YouTube Creator and Artist Development Programs team provides program management across all the Creator and Artist programs (encompassing acquisition, account management, driving product adoption and in-person offerings). Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, program managers on the team focus on project management to support YouTube’s key operational priorities and drive actionable insights. You will apply critical thinking to make recommendations and inform major business decisions. You will be an expert on YouTube’s business model and operations and will apply your analytical experience to help advise strategy and optimize Creator and Artist Development Programs. From scoping to analysis to implementation, you will be responsible for working with global teams on projects that impact the entire content operations organization. As a Global Program Manager for the Artist Development Program, you will support the design and implementation of a 1:1 engagement model that meets creator needs and is aligned with YouTube’s larger creator offering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Content Partnerships, Partner Operations, Go-to-Market, Insights, Spaces, and Infrastructure & Tools and Marketing.

  • Program manage the insights and tools workstreams of the Artist Development Program, partnering with cross functional stakeholders, such as Large Partner team, Partner Enablement, IIT, Marketing and YouTube Spaces, to ensure successful design and execution of Artist Development Program.
  • Manage program strategy and day-to-day execution of product activations, service model improvements and alignment with Content Partnerships and Support (portfolio refresh/transfers) and Program manage the portfolio selection and ensure alignment with Large Partner team across all our global markets.
  • Provide thought leadership, program management and analyze incoming data to create program-level insights. Lead SPM working groups focused on tools, PSAT and other initiatives and Ensure that the tools and workflows work as intended and work with XFN teams to incorporate program changes.
  • Communicate recommendations to senior management and drive recommendations through to implementation.
