Job Description

Instagram is seeking to grow its Partner Solutions team in New York on the Music team. The Music Partnerships team manages strategic relationships with our key music partners and public figures. The person in this Partner Solutions Manager - Music, Instagram role will work closely with Strategic Partnership Managers (SPMs) in engaging with top strategic partners across Music, including account management, product education and partner analysis. The person in this role will have the opportunity to work directly and independently with relevant contacts in partner organizations. In addition to external partners and the Partnerships team, this role will also interface and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Partner Marketing, Data and Media Operations teams. This is a full-time position based in our New York office.


  • Support Strategic Partner Managers in engaging and account management for top strategic partners
  • Conduct data and insights analysis for external partners
  • Monitor industry trends and co-work on strategy and goals with Strategic Partner Managers
  • Leverage data to identify market and partner-level opportunities
  • Support team projects and events (e.g. educational workshops for partners)
  • On-boarding guidance for new music Instagram partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, operations and/or project management
  • Experience working both independently and as a team
  • Experience working with and drawing insights from data
  • Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, working on different projects and with different partners simultaneously
  • Experience with a fast-paced work environment
  • Communication and presentation experience
  • Organizational experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the digital media market
