Job Description

Verso is an events and culture business with a grounding in some of the largest and most successful events and festivals in Europe.

As a Sales Admin Executive you will support the sales team to maximise bookings during our busy launch period. Working across 2 major European music festivals your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Qualifying customers and generating quotes.
  • Building bookings on our bespoke CMS.

This will be a varied customer facing role and you’ll spend a lot of your time speaking to a broad variety of festival attendees on the phone to aid them in booking their holiday. You will be required to quickly learn the ins and outs of the location, accommodation/package options, prices and other event information and be able to confidently talk to customers and quickly recommend them suitable options and work alongside the sales team to close sales and create bookings. During peak times this will be a very busy role with a high volume of inbound enquiries.

Applicants should possess:

  • Confident phone manner and ability to use technique and persuasive language to close sales.
  • A passion for dance music and festivals.
  • High levels of organisation with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and work across multiple events at once.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Number of open roles: 2

Dates: 28th October – 6th December + 6th January – 31st January

Office Hours: 9.30am - 6pm Monday - Friday

Pay: £12p/h
