Job Description

We are looking for an assistant to join our contracting and invoicing department here in Berlin.The position is currently for a part time role 3 days a week (24 hours in total pw) with a potential to lead to a full time position over the next year. 

 

Job description & responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and processing information from deal memos
  • Issuing and sending of contracts, invoices and technical riders for all shows
  • Reviewing of all returned contracts
  • Monitoring the status of all contracts and payments
  • Communication between promoters and agents for any questions concerning the contractual agreements or technical riders

Requirements:

  • Experience of working at a booking / event agency (or similar) of ideally min. 2 years
  • Knowledge of international withholding taxes and VAT
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills a plus
  • Excel and Google Drive proficiency
  • Ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and across tasks and departments
  • Team player with a global mindset
  • Availability to work full time once the work load requires it
