InFiné is looking for a Junior International Press Officer
The position consists primarily of assisting InFiné's Berlin office in promoting the label's releases and events worldwide.
Founded in 2006, the label has released 50 albums and more than 100 singles across various musical genres. The daily challenge is to cultivate diversity and musical audacity by multiplying "know-how" whatever may be the musical genre of the project.
We favour a human and family approach to artistic development and discovery. Within our catalogue you can find albums by established artists such as Rone, Carl Craig, or Murcof but also many young talents such as Deena Abdelwahed, Leonie Pernet, Frieder Nagel, and Misha Blanos. The label has always been keen to highlight the introduction and development of its artists in new media as well as in traditional media.

General role description:
Aide in forming and sticking to media strategy (Including: setting targets & timelines, making contacts, broadcasting assets)
Writing, adapting, and translation of biographies & press releases
Preparation of mail-outs and newsletters
Personalized pitching for media + journalists/freelancers + relevant artists/deejays
Keeping a flow of communication with key contacts
Scheduling Interviews for press/radio days, tours, phoners and Face-to-face
Reporting to the label and artist’s team of management, partners
Fluent in English
Previous experience in a music promotion agency
An autonomous work ethic
Able to work to, and set, deadlines
Preferred skills (where possible):
Established contacts within specialized international music media is a bonus.
Very good knowledge of electronic music combined with a broad musical curiosity.
Fluency in French and/or German is/are a help as our main label office is headed by a French team in Paris
Experience in the use of inDesign, Photoshop, and other Photo/design editing programmes
