Mainstage Festivals operates both the travel and the festival, delivering every aspect of the holiday and festival for our guests. The company operation spans across festival marketing, travel operations, festival delivery and creative production.
Anjunadeep is an independent record label based in London, founded in 2005 by Above & Beyond and James Grant. Having begun life as an outlet for the deeper and more progressive end of the trio’s DJ sets, the label has grown into one of the dance music world’s most respected imprints.
Artists to have come through the Anjunadeep ranks include Dusky, Yotto, Cubicolor, Lane 8 and Croquet Club and the label has built a reputation as an A&R hotbed. As well as the iTunes chart topping compilation series mixed by James Grant and Jody Wisternoff, Anjunadeep has released acclaimed artist albums from the likes of Moon Boots, Way Out West, Dusky and Lane 8.
Over its nearly 15 years and 350+ releases, the sound of the label has evolved, but while the BPMs may have slowed, the mission statement of Anjunadeep has remained the same - to release timeless, soulful and melodic electronic music.
About the role
To deliver exceptional events, we need to provide customers with high quality customer service. We like to look after our customers and provide them answers to queries as early as possible, along with on demand requests such as live chats and phone calls.
This all requires someone who can be the voice of the company, able to understand both the festivals themselves and the needs of the customer.
This role will specialise in Anjunadeep presents: Explorations, our newest event, which launched in 2019 and is set for a huge 2020. The fans are hugely important and are also huge advocates of the events: we are looking for an individual who knows or who can get to know the brand and represent it within our team. The fans will come from all corners of the earth to get to the event and so require a number of additional services from us, requiring dedicated attention.
Who we need
We are looking for a bright, driven and hard working Customer Service Executive who is able to operate the customer service and run the area to its greatest potential.
You will be working underneath the Customer Service Manager, who will train you and assist on all of the more specialised aspects of customer service.
