In this newly created role, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work on the international execution for Sony UK’s prestigious catalogue. We’re seeking an experienced digital player who’s proactive, collaborative and keen to build out the Catalogue vertical of our award winning International team from the ground up. From fandom to the algorithm to the nuances of local cultures, you’ll have a strong general digital skillset, commercial drive and a truly global outlook

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for creating opportunities in the digital space for Sony Music UK’s catalogue internationally (ex US and UK), working with a network of key collaborators to make artist and label plans truly global.
  • You’ll use shortform platforms to fuel trends, engaging the markets to help amplify them. 
  • You’ll tap into release schedules, anniversaries, touring and fan conversation to create online moments that drive fandom and commercial outcomes. 
  • You’ll collaborate closely with artist and label teams to build first party data and manage executions to fanbases that can drive fan excitement and revenue. 
  • You’ll take a keen interest in learning everything you can about local cultures, platforms and calendars to maximize opportunities for your roster. 
  • You’ll build process, systems and analysis that help frame up how we bring value to our artists globally. 
  • Create and execute digital advertising campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI tracking 
  • Monitor and analyse emerging global digital trends to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve 

Who you are:

  • You’re a self-starting innovator with a real drive to own your role and push boundaries in the digital space.
  • You love collaborating with a handful of key players to make a real difference for artists.
  • You must have previous Digital marketing experience in a label, distributor, DSP or management company
  • You do not need to have international, or catalogue experience for this role. Candidates who have frontline & domestic digital marketing experience will be equally considered. 
  • You're an excellent communicator who inspires, builds trust and solidarity across international teams 
  • You bring established digital marketing experience with a track record of growing engaged audiences 
  • You bring creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in markets with limited existing momentum 
  • You have a strategic mindset and lean on data to inform and track business goals
