Role Summary

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, CRM, major daily role is developing/executing CRM marketing plans including both online and offline marketing campaigns. Also do and support in/out-market promotion, consumer promotion, single/album productions along with creative productions for UMG international artists.

  • Plan and execute CRM strategy with target audience
  • Customer profile insight through CRM tools
  • Track and report CRM marketing performances
  • Identify key social platforms and stay abreast on new emerging connections and trend

Desirable Traits:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 3 years of relevant work experiences
  • Knowledge and understanding on overall music and contents business
  • Love for international pop music
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools
  • English and Korean Skills in both speaking and writing
  • High interpersonal skills / team work
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Edgy insight on marketing trend
  • Capable of working in the time pressured environment

Advantageous Traits:

  • Work experience gained within music / entertainment consumer marketing companies are preferred
  • Relevant experience of operating the online channels will be preferred
  • Good understanding and knowledge in J-POP
