PURPOSE OF THE JOB
负责项目内容的策划与推广,包括不限于站外媒介向营销内容的策划与执行,社交媒体运营等。
JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. 负责音乐内容站外媒介向策划及营销推广工作,包括不限于微博、传统媒体、自媒体等。
2. 负责社交媒体内容策划与日常运营工作,包括选题策划、内容撰写,并对内容质量负责。
3. 负责品牌与音乐项目的策划与推广工作,输出营销方案并执行。
4. 开拓媒体资源,根据项目宣发需求,制定有效的媒体传播规划和执行方案,并跟踪发布效果,进行数据分析。
EXPERIENCE
1. 1-5年音乐行业宣传领域相关工作经验。
2. 具备优秀的文案策划能力,文字功底深厚,可独立完成新闻稿、宣传稿撰写。
3. 具备较强的音乐用户市场感知能力,熟悉各类媒体的特点、动向以及传播规律。 4. 思路清晰,无限脑洞,强执行力与良好的团队协作精神。
