We’re looking for a copywriter who can communicate the human side of TIDAL’s brand, while educating, informing and inspiring our customers along every step of their musical journey. This is an outstanding opportunity for you to combine your creativity and writing skills to work for a global music streaming company. You will be responsible for maintaining a confident tone of voice across all user touchpoints, and work with projects from concept development to execution. In this position you will write everything from content and product marketing campaigns, email, web and video copy. The ideal candidate is not only a skilled copywriter, but is first and foremost a visionary strategist who can also contribute to building the brand. You are a gifted storyteller, with the ability to concept creative ideas with brand objectives and target consumers in mind. We’re looking for writers who understand their audience. Apart from being a talented storyteller, who produces creative ideas, you are a strategic thinker who can help to build the brand. You will be a part of TIDAL’s Design Team and will work closely with the Web, Product and Marketing teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers to create innovative content solutions and presenting those ideas to internal stakeholders. Ideate and write simple and inspired copy for straplines, slogans as well as body copy. Produce error-free content in English that follows the TIDAL brand guidelines. Maintain a confident tone of voice across all user channels and work on projects from conception to execution. Take an essential part in evolving the TIDAL brand and promote it with creative ideas. Be comfortable presenting creative ideas and solutions to peers, managers and business partners. Qualifications: An ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience working in content strategy and digital content. Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or similar. Excellent English (preferably native speaker). Ability to communicate and explain complex concepts in a simple way to your target audience. Having a strong sense of how to build a brand and customer experience relation.
