The Events Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the promotion of Toolroom’s events business in order to raise brand profile, drive sales, databases and online engagement. They will work alongside the in-house marketing team to help grow and build engagement in the Toolroom communities. They will have a native understanding of the social media environment and electronic music culture, and cutting-edge knowledge of developments in the digital landscape. Key Responsibilities Plan, create and execute impactful digital marketing plans and ticketing strategies for all Toolroom events (both targeted and globally) working with external Promoters and Toolroom Events Director to ensure: effective data capture campaigns well co-ordinated event announcements strong creative assets and content (artwork, video, photography etc) to drive profile and ticket sales and audience reach original and integrated promotional campaigns Effective B2B events marketing to maximise industry profile and generate new business Ensure all promotional assets are present, correct and published on time and listed across all internal and external partners effective integration of all products and communities into overall brand activity Grow the events database with engaged fans from our target demographic Act as point of contact with artists & management for all Toolroom events, with regard to marketing and promotion and Develop relationships with artists, artist managers, artist agents, promoters and venue owners. Develop promotional support packages provided to event partners and promoters where we are not the ticket seller. Manage integration of brand partnerships where applicable. Assist with the delivery of all ticketing data to the event operations teams and provide regular ticket update reports for general evaluation. Work with PR team to ensure events are well covered across digital press. Ensure that Toolroom events are captured through photography, videography and live-streaming (where appropriate) and . Manage promotion costs within overall event budgets. Collate feedback after each event and produce event reports as required Candidate Requirements Clear track record in driving successful digital marketing and social campaigns in music Substantial experience in media/digital technology and a genuine interest in digital. Analytical skills – Confident working with software, social media and data, spotting trends and aligning these to objectives Strong ability to interpret data and clarity in presenting the information to senior management Adapt multi-tasker, comfortable working under pressure in a constantly evolving environment. Creative passion and originality of thought Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Photoshop, Facebook Ads. Strong passion and deep knowledge of electronic music.
