As an Account Manager & Business Developer professional, part of our distribution team, your mission is to develop strong relationships with independent artists and labels while actively driving new business growth. You will ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized account management while identifying and securing new partnerships in a constantly evolving digital music landscape. You will work within a team of account managers and sales professionals, balancing customer success and business development with passion, innovation, care, and transparency to reinforce Believe’s presence in the Andean region and Central America.
